Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Can I be sued for damages over my insurance limit?

I caused an accident 3 yrs ago-improper turn. The person involved is sueing for excess medical bills, but has a history prior to the accident of excessive illness and bills. She is sueing me, and a jury trial is set for Jan. My insurance was 25/50 and she was offered 13k for a settlement. What can I expect from the trial that is coming and can she file a judgement against me? Will I have to be on the stand? I admitted fault in the accident.

Your inurance company has a defense lawyer who is supposed to be protecting your rights as the insured. You need to contact your adjuster and tell them you have some questions for the lawyer.
