Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Another vehicle hit my car, and they have admitted liability. It took me about 6 hours of my time to wait for police, arrange towing, ect, etc. I had no personal phsical injury. My question, I ended up taking a day off to handle this, and let's say my daily rate is $600, may I also make claim for those wages? I did take a vacation day (so I was paid, but now I'm out a vacation day, and handling this, was no vacation)

Yes. Your PIP coverage will pay fr a portion of your lost time. Contact your insurance company.
