Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Westlaw Access

How do I get public access to a database like Westlaw for the state of Missouri? I am located in Florida but have a personal injury suit pending in Missouri.

Re: Westlaw Access

You can subscribe to westlaw. It is not cheap. If you want a simple question answered, you can hire a lawyer of paralegal to research something on westlaw.

Re: Westlaw Access

Westlaw is not a public access product. You must pay for an account to use Westlaw resources. BTW, Westlaw is for doing legal research. You might really be interested in finding out about your case and you can do that by using casenet. Google it and follow the links.
