Re: lazy attorney

You have the absolute right to fire your current attorney. You may have to pay your attorney a fee in the event you recover on your claim. Also, be mindful that you have four years from the date of the auto accident to either settle your claim or to start a case in court. Finally, if any wrongdoer is a State of Florida governmental agency, you have threee years from the date of the crash to formally notify the agency of your claim. I wish you well. please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions regarding your case.

Re: lazy attorney

You would need to call and speak directly to a lawyer. If you fire your lawyer, he or she may have a lien for the value of his services. You should get an appointment with your lawyer and go in and talk this out. Tell your lawyer why you are disappointed with what has happened. Perhaps there is an explanation.
