Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Last year I was in a car wreck. The truck ahead of me had a vehical in front of them that decided to stop and make a left hand u-turn. The truck in front of me slammed on brakes. I slammed on brakes and slid right into the back of them. I got the ticket, totaled my car still owed $1500 small payments of $50 every two weeks. My car was to old to have collision on it. But I also didn't carry bodily injury by law you don't have to, which I have to now. the lady in front of me bumped the back of her head on the back windshield of her ford ranger. She went to the hospital and was released before I got there to be checked out. I had to pay $300 and license in order to keep my license from getting suspended. the $300 had to do with the estimated injury to the other person. I took the driving course and according to that I was not tailgating. Now the lady insurance State Farm is wanting to sue me for $10,000. The lady was covered with the extra bodily insurace for people that don't have it. I barely make ends meet. I can't afford a lawyer. What to do? It was a pure accident!!!
