Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My car was repossed ,I got it back from auction before they could sell it. My car was damaged.Is there anyway I can make repo company fix it? They are holding my tag and personal stuff.

If they damaged the car it is their responsibility to fix it or pay you. The trick is to prove that they damaged the car.
