Changing the Tittle

What is involved in adding the name of my domestic partner to the tittle of my property?

I assume you are talking about real estate, since that's the section you posted in.

If the property is free and clear, you can create a quitclaim deed, transferring the property from you to the two of you. If there is a mortgage, you may have to refinance.
