A Quit Claim Deed should be filed with the clerk of the court's recording office in the county in which the property is located. It can be mailed to the court together with a check for documentary stamps on the deed (either 60 cents or 70 cents per hundred dollars of the amount of the transfer) together with a Return for Transfer of Real Property (DR 319) which can be found

You would be wise to consult an attorney and have the attorney prepare the deed for you. If you make an error, it can be extremely costly to correct.
