Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Neighbor cutting limbs off my tree

I have some palm trees planted close to my property line. My neighbor installed a sattelite dish under the branches. He now says that the branches are interfering with his reception. He has cut two branches off and after a conversation says he intends to cut them off as they grow back. I would like to settle this peacefully without having my trees continually cut. Any legal recourse?
