Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We are in Florida and both the seller and I signed a contract to purchase a condo that is currently a weekly rental and I planned to do the same. The contract was signed on 11/14 my realtor and I asked 3 time over the next days for the 2015 rentals. On 11/21 she finally provided details. The problem is the sellers promised the month of Jan. to family members for free and were expecting me to honor free rent, the going rate for Jan is $3700 plus tax, clean and deposit. When to told them that free was not acceptable they offered $1000. which I declined. Well since then it seems the sellers realtor is trying to stop the deal from going through. She has mentioned a few times that we should just cancel the contract and now I found out today that she denied access to the appraiser 3 times stating that the buyers (me) did not want to proceed (incorrect). So my question is if the sellers tries to back out of the contract what recourse to I have? I have paid for an appraisal inspection and bank application fees, along with 10K in escrow.

Your contract controls. You should have had an attorney review it prior to signing it. Have an attorney now review it to determine your rights and obligations.
