Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Forged TILA -Truth in Lending Act

I recently discovered forged documents that I am sure I can prove I did not sign. Who do I sue? The mortgage broker company or the originating lender? I do not know who actually forged them but I believe it could have been the broker or someone at the broker's company. There are 2 fax times at the top of the paper with no fax numbers also.

Re: Forged TILA -Truth in Lending Act

My first question is how were you damaged by the alleged forgery? Next, what document(s) do you claim was/were forged?

Just because something was not done properly, assuming that it wasn't, doesn't mean you can sue anyone.
