Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Property to husband in judgement, now not making payments

In the final divorce judgement a sentence says a condo is the sole property and responsiblity of my ex, now I find out that he is going to default on payments and my name is still on loan and the loan company says the only way for my clean credit to be out of the default is ex has to refinance - ex will not do that, so they say I will be a responsible party on the default, that the judgement does not protect me. I can't buy it, I can't make the payments, I'm hostage to ex's non-payment of the loan for the condo, help, what do I do?

You can make a deal with the mortgage company to put off a default before it starts to effect your credit.(now)If you need help send me an e-mail.
