Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have purchased a car from a dealership in a different city. The car had a 30 day 1,000 warranty on it. After purchasing it I took it to my Mechanic and found out there was a faulty radiator that was slowly leaking fluid into transmission and that the transmission would probably go bad in the next year. I contacted the dealership who then undid the deal and refunded me the money. They said at that time they would send a tow truck for the car. The money is back in my account and I still have posession of the car. They have never sent the tow truck and I have called and left several messages for the manager asking when the tow truck might come. I have had my money returned and still have the car in my posession for almost 3 weeks now. I also have a title for the car in my name. Is there any posession law where the car becomes mine after so long? Just curious as I know if someone squats in a house for so long and has mail there it becomes their house. :) I have not driven the car at all so it is still under the 1000 mile warranty.

The car does not become yours. Notify the dealer in writing to come pick up there car OR you can have it towed to them, but you would have to pay for that.
