Kellen Bryant Law Office of R. Kellen Bryant, P.L.

Florida lien laws have strict time deadlines to file liens. If given more information, I could tell you if the lien rights have lapsed.

If there is a valid lien, you could have claims against the seller (bank), which would get picked up on a title policy unless excepted from coverage.

If no lien and the flooring company persists, ask to record your next conversation with them and tell them to cease contact with you. The company could get into FDCPA problems.
