quit claim

I llive in Indiana and am selling a lot in Florida. Do I have to use Florida's Quit Claim Form or can I use a generic one?

I recommend using a Quit-Claim Deed that is specifically used in the State of Florida. You can probably get an attorney to draft one for you for under $100.00 (without benefit of title search).
