realtor's actions

Realtor refuses to remove the for sale lawn sign although the sales contract was signed. Property is still mine. What recourse do I have? (Iam unable to remove it myself)

Call the realtor's broker and demand that the signs be removed. If not, simply have them removed and tell them they will be thrown out or destroyed if they do not pick them up. You should get action.
