Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hello, we are an unmarried couple living together but breaking up our relationship, we own a property in Florida and the deed/title says my name as an unmarried person and his name as an unmarried person. There is nowhere written 'joint tenants' or 'common tenants'. My boyfriend acknowledges that I paid the total amount for the house when we bought it and is willing to change the deed to my full ownership when he leaves. Is this possible? And how to do this in a legal way ? Many thanks, Sincerely

He must execute a deed giving you his undivided interest in the premises. File the deed with the County Clerk. Good luck.
