Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Defamation & Sexual Harassment at work
I work in a restaurant/bar where one evening I was spending some time with friends (not on the clock). I was kissing someone whom I do not work with, and my boss announced to the entire bar and staff that I was ''having sex in the bar.'' This was not the case, and the boss has continued to announce this to other customers and co-workers. Is this considered defamation, or sexual harassment? My boss also went up to the person who I kissed, and asked if he had ''fuc*ed'' me. Is there anything I can file or report against him?
