Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

sexual harressment

I was sexually harassed at my job by a supervisor last year in december. I filed a complaint with human resources manager and they immediately removed me from the shift and put me on another shift. I spoke to the investigator and i spoke with the chief of security. They put him on day shift while the investigation was going on and I never heard anything else about it. Policy and procedure states that they have to inform me on the status of the investigation and they didn't. Well two months passed and they started working us on the same shift again and it bothered me because it made me feel like they took my claim for a joke. I wanna know if it is too late for me to still file a lawsuit because of the time frame? What should I do?
