Legal Question in Tax Law in Florida

Are current tax laws unconstitutional

The Constitution states that we are all created equal. If this is the case, how can the government dictate that I should pay a higher tax percentage than someone making less? Has this concept ever been challanged in court? Why are we punished for getting an education and working hard to make more money and rewarded, some would call it assisted, by the government for making less money (earned income credit)? I have no problem paying my fair share, but it irritates me to pay such a high percentage of my income while others are not only getting out of paying taxes but are pocketing my money.

Has been tested, over and over again. If you fight taxes on this or related grounds, all you are doing is asking for a pack of troubles.
