Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
expired drivers license
my wife had a car accident and she
didn't realize that her driver license
had expired 6 months prior she was
issued a ticket for an expired license that day after the accident
we went and renewed her license
any idea what type of fines she is facing when going to court in Feb
she was also cited for failure to yield right of way

I would advise she hire a lawyer because chances are the tickets will be dismissed. Please contact my firm for assistance on fighting the tickets.
