Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
if a passenger in your car sold drugs to an undercover cop and they seized your car without searching or finding anything on your person or in the car,but they seized the car and personally drove off with the car [didnt have it towed] is this legal

It could be considered legal as they would considered evidence of a crime or a forfeiture of the property that was used in a crime. That said, you definitely should fight it, because you should be considered an innocent third party and therefore you could fight it.
