what will i be charged with, it was under a gram of marijuana. no priors.

You will be charged with a 1st Degree Misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana under 20 grams. It is punishable by up to one year jail, one year probation, a $1,000 fine and can also have a possible 1 year driver license suspension.
