I have a couple of old tickets old arraignment i did not know about there is no warrant if i appeared in court could they arrest me from an accident 2003-2004 leaving scene not exchanging info,suspended lic paid all my tickets, im thinking on going on my own i need my license

If you go on your own, you will more than likely be arrested on the warrant. I have handled cases like this for years. There may be a way to keep you from being arrested with an attorney.
