contact the attorney and discuss the reasons for delay. You may be surprised to find that stocks and bonds may be the issue which are hard to track down if over 20 years old. Also there may be other items that have not come in to do a proper inventory. Heirs may be the issue - hard to find sometimes. If your attorney can not present a valid reason, then perhaps you might want to find another attorney. Contact the Florida Bar for help.
