Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My brothers got there inheritance first from the estate. about a year later because of tax issues my sister & i were allowed to get our money once the proper taxes were paid . meaning we had to cover for our brothers share of the taxes because they were broke by this time. we had a bad lazu lawyer. well we signed a paper releasing enough money to cover the taxes. now our brothers owe us money. but ONE brother is claiming we owe him a deductible because he paid for our guardianship fees etc at one point in time through his company. they paid through there company instead of the fees coming out of the estate.

is this right? do we have to pay for our own guardianship that we are of age?

YOu need to get an attorney. The guardianship fee should have come from the estate fees. NO ONE should be getting any money until the estate is settled. Your share should have been placed in an account. Taxes should have been paid from the assets of the estate and a distribution would have been accomplished if your estate had been handled properly.
