Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Hi my dad passed away about 3 years back and he left a truck to me and my brother. My aunt (his sister) asked me and my brother if they could borrow the truck for my aunts husbands business the agreement was that they would borrow the truck and in return her husband would fix the truck up and then return it.Well under the verbal contract Me and my brother signed over the truck. My aunt called my mother and told her we were not going to get the truck back where do I stand legally? And if so how do I obtain the truck?

I am sorry to hear about your situation. If I read your facts correctly; you signed over your truck without having a written contract with the stipulations about it just being borrowed. Seems that you are out of luck.

IF you were under age you might have a chance to get it back. Otherwise, you lose.
