Ask the "Clerk of the Court - Probate Division" at the courthouse in your county. Ask if you can see the probate file for your grandmother, which will have the will if there is one.

I have written a blog post about it here: http://kellenbryantlaw.wordpress.com/2009/11/05/florida-reading-of-the-will/

If you know who the Personal Representative (Executor) for your grandmother's estate is, contact that person and ask. Otherwise, you can contact the Circuit Court in the county where your grandmother last resided. The clerk in the Probate Division can tell you if a will has been filed.
