Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am the executor of my mothers estate. Since her passing I have found stocks with a value of $100 thousand...Probate has been opened and closed.

I know I can transfer this out of her name and into mine...QUESTION is

if I do this will there be any fines penalties for not going thur probate?

When you say probate is closed, if you have been discharged, you do not have authority.
