Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I Let my friend borrow my $400 dollar(what i paid for) xbox 360 with all equipment but her sister sold the xbox. I want to bring this to court but they say i would not win because i left it at their house to borrow so it was theirs.Would i be able to get the money from my game console back from them if i took this to court

If you "loaned" the xBox to your friends, then you absolutely may take it back. Don't get your legal advice from non-lawyers! You can sue in small claims court for the value of the used xBox + costs and fees to bring suit. If you are all minors, you name the parents as parties to the lawsuit as well (plaintiff and defendant). See the clerk of court website for your county to find forms and instructions. If you need help filing, go to the courthouse and ask - they will help.
