Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My mother bought me a car in her name cause my credit wasnt good,,,she has passed but the car is still in her name and I pay the payment which the finance company know I pay the payment,,but doesnt know she has passed,,how do I get the car in my name to to register it,,I'm excutive of her astate and had duable power when she was here

You are probably going to need to probate her estate so that title can legally pass to you. If there is a will that names you, then you may be able to get the DMV to pass title to you. Good luck.
