what happens with my inheritance, if my step-mother sell house, which part of it, my

late father signed in his last will for me?

She could only sell it if she owned it or was personal representative of the estate.

If she is the PR and part of the estate belongs to you-she will make a distribution to you.

If she owned the house as of the death of your father, than you have no interest in the house and she can do with it as she pleases. If you had some interest as of your father's death, than you would retain that same interest. it sounds like you had no interest as she has sold the house and would not have been able to do that if you owned anything. The fact that your father placed that in his will does not give you a right to the asset unless all the appropriate contingencies were meet.
