Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I live in a trailer park and pay lot rent. I have a tree on my lot that is ready to fall on my trailer but the owner will not cut it down. Says it will be the act of god. What can I do?

The owner is either being absurd or dismissive. It is not an act of God but

you may contact the county code enforcement agency regarding the tree. If it is

considered to be in poor condition and a threat to its surroundings, the owner

will be ordered to address the situation. If it falls and damages nearby property

of another, the owner will be liable for such damages.
