How to prepare a will.

My mother recently passed away and my father does not have a will or even a beneficiary on his bank account.My father does not want to see an attorney so I am trying to find out information to do the will myself.

For a simple will, you can obtain forms and advice from the internet, library books, or office supply stores that sell legal forms. Be careful; follow instructions. Your father should sign it before two witnesses and a notary. Remember that the money you save may be not be worth it.
