''Probate Rules''

I have to file probate on my mothers estate. Do I have to hire an attorney or is there forms and instructions available to me so I can file it myself.I

am not finanicaly able to hire a lawyer. Please advise

You are not required to hire an attorney, but, there aren't any forms available to take you through this process. The reason for this is because each case is unique, meaning: Who are the beneficiaries? Is there a home involved? A Will? If a Will is it valid? Creditors? Etc. The court will most likely require you to retain an attorney. Fees are not that much with some attorneys taking their fee out of the estate upon closing.
