is it true that in fl. 1/3 of all assets automatically go to your spouse? i was told no matter how i word my will, my husband will recieve 1/3 even if i want to put only my childrens names on certain things. my friend told me that is not so. pleaseeeeee help!!!!!!!

That is correct. You can put your assets in joint name with rights of surviorship in the childrens names
