Quick claim deed v living will
Does a quickclaim deed override a living will. My uncle put his name on my grandmother's house after she had a massive stroke. He then moved him and his wife into the home and have told her on several occaisons its his house. She (grandmother) has a living will, does it override the quickclaim deed that he has done to her. She is concerned
