Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Type Your Question Here...someone wants to revoke their power of attorney. THe power of attorney lives in Nevada. The person who is revoking lives in Florida. Does the person who is revoking have to travel to Nevada?--or can it be revoked without traveling?

It does not require travel. It needs to be done in writing following the statutory formalities. Was it recorded? if so, the revocation should be also. The actual POA needs to be reviewed to make sure the revocation is done properly. Hire an attorney to get it done correctly.
