Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Following the Will of an individuale that is in a vegitated medical state
Ny friends father had a massive blood lose which contributed to a stroke, now he can't eat talk walk responed or even acknowlege that any one is around him the doctors say this is all he will be able to do until he dies they put a feeding tube in him now all he does is stair into space. he has a will that states he not to be put on any life support devices and not to be Resusitated !! but is sister has power of attorney and of his estate she wants to keep him alive against his own will what can my friend to to obligate his wishes.

Seek court intervention to have the wishes expressed in the will carried out.
