Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Can i sue the company that fired my husband due to a workmans comp

injury for loss off an intimate relationship? it has been a year now and the company in question is getting ready to settle his case with him.

No, there is no derivative right to a cause of action for a spouse. Comp law provides very little in benefits.
