Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Georgia

My brother was tried as an adult for armed robbery and sentenced to 10 year. Before the sentencing, he was retained in a juvenile detention center for 2 years. Is it fair to not include the 2 yrs in juvenile as time served? It has been two years, would it be plausable to apply for a sentence reduction? Please advise.

Certainly your brother has a lawyer to answer these questions. I am not sure why you think anyone here can second-guess the case for you or him, or how it would mean anything at all if we did.
