Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Georgia
Murder case
A motion for a new hearing was granted because there was no evidence no blood on the defendent no gun powder residue and the gun shot wound was a contact wound to we have a good chance of being granted a new trial and the first responding officer took the gun fron the victims hand at first stating he was worried it would go of when the permidics checked the victim ut then said her hand was just lying on top of the gun ???
