Can I file for bankruptcy on a civil judgement entered against me as the result of an automobile accident?

Possibly. Many car accident damage awards are dischargeable. However, certain ones, such as those due to drunk driving, are not, so I would need additional information as to whether yours is dischargeable. I would also need your financial information to determine your eligibility to file a bankruptcy.
