i just went through a divorce and i lost my house to forclosure because of childsupport i could not pay for it and i have other items also i would like to know how bankruptcy works would i have to pay some of the debt back how does it work

Whether you have to pay back some debt or no debts depends on your income, what debts you have and other factors. If you can do Chapter 7, you may eliminate all or most debts. Call me to discuss it further, as I need more details to answer you.
