Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I am in desperate and immediate need of just information on filing Bankruptcy and can not find anyone that will help since I have no money, which I thought Bankruptcy attorney's would understand so if there is any way I can speak with someone about the situation please get back with me as soon as possible.
