Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
If I enter into a Chapter 7 or 13 (have not yet determined which) and I marry after filing but before discharge, does this have the potential to adversely impact the BK for me in any way? I would be filing based on my income only and want to make sure that marriage would not screw this up. No nuptials are pending immediately, but may be considered. Thanks!

Since you obviously need a lawyer for the BR filing, ask him/her all question abouyt your case and disclose all facts.
