Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I have filed a chapter 13 in Feb 2010 my payments are 710.00 a month and now I'm not sure I can continue makeing the payments and pay my mortgage and utilitys and child support, I may have to let my house go, is there a way I can convert the 13 to a 7 ? I am desperate now

I am confused by why you are asking here. None of us have seen your means test, plan, schedules or finances.

Your lawyer in your chapter 13 has seen all those things and knows if you can convert and the implications. I would suggest you ask your lawyer.

If you made the enormous mistake of trying Chapter 13 pro se, and frankly that can be catastrophic, retain counsel for a consultation right away.
