what is the consequence for a special master not filing or swearing an oath as dictated by the O.C.G.A. ? i am about to file my pro se brief with the court of appeals - can i mention the omission even though i didn't do so in the trial court ? THANK YOU

No one here can tell you the consequences of anything in a case without knowing the facts. The one fact that lawyers can tell you is that proceeding without a lawyer is the best way to lose a case, even if it is otherwise valid.
