Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Hey,
I wrote a check and had the funds to cover it. I had a bill post that wasnt supposed to post yet, and it caused me to bounce the check. The check was for the amount of $45.00. They are now trying to charge me for overdrafts they say they incurred before the check cleared, and they state it was because of my check..what does the law state on what I much pay?

It is not clear from your post who "they" is.
If you mean your bank, our answer depends on their current fee schedule and can be any number they set there.
