Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

Information about a Business

I am considering doing business with a pool company. They are a young company and as of this date have no complaints on file. How do you find out if the owner has owned other companies in the past and what happened to those companies?

Re: Information about a Business

There is no guarantee you can find all of the relevant information, but most complaints and lawsuits are public record, so the internet is a good place to start. Most attorneys and private investigators also have access to additional databases.

Check the court records where the company AND the owner are located for lawsuits. Also, take a look at www.accurint.com
